While visiting a friend this past weekend, I realized again that bad water equals bad coffee. My friend uses the same coffee as I do but does not currently have an espring. The chemicals and particles left in the water dramatically changed the quality of the coffee. I am sure this applies to all the beverages and food that use water in their preparation. Good water equals good Coffee.
